Let go of the Banana

One of the greatest accesses I have seen to living a life of passion and joy is letting go. This means living in the moment and not letting the past, fears or hidden emotions govern life. When we are holding on to past based pain it slows us down in moving forward.

Things happen in all of our lives and we react. Sometimes it is a momentary frustration or sometimes the pain lingers for years. That is up to us. We have the ability at any time to let go of the past and be in the present moment. It takes courage and commitment among other things.

When scientist want to capture monkeys, they put a banana in a cage with a hole small enough for the monkey to stick his arm through. When the monkey makes a fist to grab the banana, it can’t get its arm out. If the monkey were to let go of the banana, it would be free. But the monkey really wants to hold on to the banana. It makes it then easy for the monkey to be captured. For the monkey, holding on to a banana seems appealing in the moment, but when the monkey is captured, it no longer seems like such a good idea.

One could say we are like the ‘monkey’ holding on to our bananas (our past) for dear life. We think it is more appealing to keep grasp of that which bounds us than to let go and be free. Yes, it is easier said than done sometimes. But with these simple steps, letting go is simple.

1. Know that when we are holding on to something, it is a past based moment. Take a moment to breathe and get centered. When you become present, suddenly you have a different cut on reality.
2. Look at why you are holding on to ‘the banana’. What is it that is fueling you by holding on? Are you getting to blame someone else? Are you getting to be a victim? Are you avoiding being responsible? When you can see why you are holding on and that you are getting something out of holding on, then you have access to letting go.
3. Look where you can bring responsibility to the situation. What could you have done or said that you didn’t to have the situation appear the way it is. Being 100% responsible for your life is a gift you give yourself. When you are fully responsible, there is no expectation of others. When you have an expectation of how you think others ‘should’ be, there is a limit of power.
4. Forgiveness of yourself and others is key when you are responsible. Once you can forgive yourself, and others, you can then start to release the pain that you have endured.
5. Being compassionate with your self is important. We are all human. Whatever you are holding onto is some element of ‘beating’ yourself up. Go easy on yourself.
6. Laugh more. Humans don’t laugh enough. Let yourself be loved, and expressed.

When we can actually get that there is nothing worth holding onto then we can live our life in a created moment. Passion is a created phenomenon. When we are pre-occupied with thoughts of anger, fear or despair, we are not able to connect to that passionate side of us. When we can ‘choose’ to let go, we have a new access to the unlimited possibilities that await us. When we let go, we have a freedom that has seem to been lost. We can get back in touch with who we are at a core level and have freedom and passion fulfilled in our lives. The banana is never worth the juiciness of freedom.

Life is for Now

Life is so good. It is full of blessings, either obvious or in disguise. It is always an opportunity to grow and learn. We are in a beautiful time right now on the planet. So much to love, to grow from and so many wonderful things to learn and expand from. It is a time to be present, be aware, to bring consciousness.

It is a time of trust. Annoyance does not make the universe manifest faster. In fact if anything it slows it down. When you are going against the grain, life is hard.

You are where you are for a reason. Everything that is being thrown at you is a lesson to learn in the moment. All your obstacles are showing up to transform. All your success are showing up because you transformed your obstacles. There is no where you are supposed to be except with what is happening right now in this moment. What ever you are dealing with right now is what you are supposed to be dealing with or you wouldn't be dealing with them.

Don't be so hard on your self. You are where you are supposed to be. If it is a moment of success, bask in the glory and keep creating. Don't get stuck or complacent. If you are in a moment of obstacles or challenges, learn the lesson and move forward.

Nothing is going to stay the way forever, Life is always evolving and so are you.

Keep looking for the opportunity and for the blessing that life is.

Time flies when you have fun.

Whew. Another week has come and gone. I have been so busy preparing for this up and coming and magical journey to Egypt that I literally forget to write. So much is happening.

It goes to show when you are doing what you love, things happen! It is hard to believe in 3 1/2 weeks I will be venturing again to the land of the great Pharoahs. I have the best group going we have ever had. The energy is perfect. It is an amazing endeavor.

Someone asked me what it is like to take people to places like Egypt and I laughed and said, "ALOT OF WORK" but it is so rewarding too. To see people awaken to a higher self. To experience people being alive at a new level. To see the faces of people when they see ISIS temple or the pyramids for the first time. It is so rewarding that the months of work that goes into it pays off.

Would I give it up. Not in a heartbeat. It truly is a joy.

When you are doing what you love, there is no 'work'. It is just what needs to be done. There is no suffering,there is no drama. There is just what needs to be done to have it be magical in every way.

When your attention is off yourself, miracles happen. When my attention is on this journey, so many other things get done. Life is funny like that. Focusing on what matters to you makes all the difference.

I am sure I will have stories and pictures to share of our journey. It will be magical in every way. :)

Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real

Today I am writing about the pervasive nature of fear.

Fear- The Acronym for fear is: FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL

Most people have a deep rooted level of fear that at best the tip of is conscious. The fear that human beings carry right now goes deep. It is not based on reality. There is a fear of the unknown, a fear of failure, a fear of success, a fear of loss and most prominently, the fear of ‘What if”.

That is governing the life of human beings. Human beings for the most part are walking around in fear pretending they aren’t or unconscious to the fact they are. Fear is the overwhelming conversation on the planet.

Our Brains are programmed to think and act from fear. Except that doesn’t leave much if any room for creation. Creation is a pure energy and fear puts out the light on creation.

There are two types of fear:

Real fear or authentic fear. Which is when your life is truly being threatened and questioned in the next moment. For example, your car is going over a cliff and you have no idea if in the next moment you will survive. Or a gun is being held to your head. You have no idea if and when the trigger is pulled you will survive. The next moment is questioned.

Unreal Fear or False Fear is everything else. The ‘what ifs’, the fear of failure, the unknown, all the experiences that SEEM like you will not survive or life is threatened but in reality, it is actually not. There is no question of whether the next moment of your life is being threatened although it may appear like it is. We live our life 99% of the time in some form of false fear, pretending it is real. We very rarely have real fear present in our life.

The experience of both are exactly the same. Your heart, mind and body react in the same way. Our Brain patterns are the same. But when you can determine between the two fears, you will see that life is not actually being threatened, then you can move forward.

Nothing is holding you back. The fears, doubts, worries, concerns are not based in any reality. They are perceived notions that happened in the past. If you never had an experience of rejection, you would not hesitate to do something that you could get rejected. It wouldn’t be in your brain pattern. However, the moment you got rejected, you would have a brain pattern that would then predict the next time and there would be hesitancy.

Living free from fear takes courage. Courage is having fear and acting anyways. Fear is the absence of confidence. You can not have confidence and fear at the same time. When fear shows up, you have a choice. Let is stop you, or take a deep breath and move forward. That is it.

The more you can see that you live in a life of False Fear, the more you will have freedom to live and CREATE the life you love.

Living Life Right Now

Life is a mystery. We are so engrossed so much in life that sometimes we miss it. I was in Turkey last week thinking about all the places I wanted to visit, and I was in TURKEY!

The Hopi Indians didn't have a word for past or future. If you engaged with them in conversation about the past, they didn't know what you meant. They lived in the moment.

So many humans "Think" they live in the moment and have no idea what it actually means to live in the moment now. They think that one moment of being present is having them in the moment. Not really.

When you are in the moment now, you are nowhere else. You are present to what is happening in the moment. Right now. You are alive. There is no fear, doubt, worry holding you back. You are 100% present, in life, in the moment. You are not projecting fear or worry. You are just being.

Being here now is a challenge but it is also a great reward. If you are in the moment you are living life.

Play full out in the moment, 135%. Life is short. There is nowhere to get. You are living in the moment now. Not yesterday, not tomorrow. Right now!

Thinking vs being Positive

There is a difference in positive thinking and being positive.

Positive thinking or magical thinking is in hopes that something will turn out. There is a magical sense of it. Good intentions but no real fulfillment. There is a sense of hope and doubt.

Being positive is a whole different game. You can be positive despite your circumstance. You can create a positive energy at any time. this is a creation. There is no doubt, no fear and no worry. You just are positive. It is who you are. Being always gives fulfillment. When you are being positive, life happens and miracles happen.

The key is to notice when you are being positive and thinking positive. Thinking positive will not leave you fulfilled. Being positive always has you fulfilled.

Take on being positive. Remember everything begins with Being.....

This is Your Life

If your happy and you know it clap your hands (Clap Clap).

What does it really mean to be happy? A life that is full of joy, of love, of forgiveness and compassion. Where no one or nothing gets me down. Where I can be who I am.

We spend so much time on what other people think, do or say and it gets us down. Why? They do what they do and it has nothing to do with you. You are your own unique self! You can only be upset at what other people do or say if you choose to. At any moment you have a choice.

Life is easy. It was never meant to be suffering. It is meant to be full of joy, wisdom, fun and adventure. You are the creator of that.

Why do we hold onto things? We live in a 3rd dimensional world full of fear, survival, "DRAMA", anger, etc. Love and joy can not exist in that realm. The more you focus on love and joy, the more you are out of that realm of fear. It actually takes less energy to be at peace than to be angry. We keep creating our anger and frustration. haven't you noticed that when you don't think about the thing which you are angry about, you are not angry? But we spend so much time and energy focusing on the things that don't make a difference, that we actually solidify it. WHY?

I don't let things bother me any more. life is to short to hold on to someone elses 'stuff'. Let them deal with it. I don't have to. By choosing people in your life that inspire you, you can be who you are.

Life is really short. You can either live life, or you can wait for it to happen. :)

Happiness is a choice. Happiness for no reason, other than I say so!

Peace, Joy And Harmony

There is something shifting on the planet. For the good of all. All the energy is shifting around the planet.

the middle east and its happenings are the foundation for world peace. it is all the foundation for the shift that is happening on the planet. It is a good thing! We are moving to a higher dimension and we will live an unrecognizable life!

The message is so clear to let go of fear. To release it and live from peace. Choose peace and joy and make it an active part of your life. It is a conscious choice to live in joy and peace. There is nothing nothing nothing worth getting that upset over. PEACE is a good thing. It creates a great vibration.

Which is better Conscious peace of unconscious suffering. Unfortunately, there are people choosing suffering.

Suffering is optional. YOU get to choose.

For me, a life of peace, joy and harmony is much more fulfilling.

Choose your life and love your life!

Integrity is the Key

There is so much happening on the planet. There is a shift that is massive happening. People are unsettled and confused. This is a good thing. The earth is releasing some energies and the most important thing is to operate with integrity. Bring kindness to everyone you meet. Pay your bills. Speak only good things about people. Be Generous. Let go of fear. EVERYTHING that you are projecting out, will come back to you! EVERYTHING. It is a good thing. The more one strives to live in integrity the more powerful and peaceful you will live.

It is a blessed time to be alive despite the chaos. Forgive yourself and others.

Focus on the outcome of what you want. Not the obstacles. As the planet shifts, you will begin noticing that shift within. It is going to be a joyous opportunity to grow and live and learn. This shift is powerful and healing.

We are lucky to be apart of this historical shift. But the real shift is within.

How to Love Yourself (Louise Hay)

How to Love Yourself

Stop all criticism. Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.

Stop scaring yourself. Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It's a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure, (mine is dolphins) and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought.

Be gentle and kind and patient. Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really love.

Be kind to your mind. Self-hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change the thoughts.

Praise yourself. Criticism breaks the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing.

Support yourself. Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it.

Be loving to your negatives. Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need. Now you are finding new, positive ways to fulfil those needs. So, lovingly release the old negative patterns.

Take care of your body. Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in.

Mirror work. Look into your own eyes often. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into the mirror. Talk to your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive them, too. At least once a day look into the mirror and say: "I love you, I really love you!".
LOVE YOURSELF - DO IT NOW! Don't wait until you get well or lose the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship.

Breaking Patterns

Have you ever noticed that as adulthood approaches we have more and more patterns that keep us where we are? We become predictable and live mostly unconsciously. We wake up and do the same ‘routine’ that we have done for the last twenty years or so. Here is what a typical day could look like in the life of an ordinary human being.

1. Wake up on the same side of the bed, stretch, yawn, brush teeth and then shower.
2. Eat the same (or similar) breakfast
3. Take the same route to work; unless—there is an accident, construction or an errand you must run, which often confuses us and disorients us to some degree
4. Same routine at work; return phone calls, office meetings, errands, etc
5. Same route home unless there are errands, like pick up dinner, the kids etc (Which is also routine)
6. Dinner, TV or book then bed.
7. Repeat above steps next day

We use the same hand to brush our teeth, we buy the same toothpaste, we sleep on the same side of the bed. We live in a very predictable way!

What if you spiced it up some? Simple things that you can do that can bring a whole new level of awareness. Try brushing your teeth with your opposite hand. Try taking a different route to work. Try sleeping on the opposite side of the bed. You may be a little disoriented for a bit. When you try something new, it breaks the autonomy and makes you think. If you try this for ONE week, you will begin to alter some patterns that have been integrated over time. One week will not change the pattern completely, but it will bring a higher awareness.

When you can see patterns that keep the same things in place, then you have the opportunity to change them. When you live your life in a pattern, it is ordinary. Nothing wrong, but boring to some extent. When you break these patterns, you see the limitations you have imposed upon yourself and new realms become possible. When new realms become possible, there is no limit to what you can create in life. Life begins to get interesting, exciting and fun!

When we keep old patterns, physical or not, alive we limit ourselves in living a life of our dreams. When you do the same thing over and over you get the same result. When you do the same thing over and over and expect a different result, that is insanity. When you can do something different over and over you get a different result. That is magical!

To begin letting go of automatic patterns, begin to do simple things to break those patterns down. The more that you can alter any pattern the faster you will see no opportunities for you to have the life you love. Life can be fun again. Imagine, nothing holding you back in being fully expressed, living a life you love and having your life be a match for who you are. Creating a new pattern, creates a new you, and a new result in your life. To live a life that is extraordinary is to live a life that is free from the constraints of patterns and limitations. An unpredictable life that created, conscious and full of joy. That would be a game worth playing!

Passion is Contagious

To be aware of your passion is critical for to live a life you love. I just saw how really important it was in a conversation I had recently with a friend of mine Suzy. Suzy has been down and lethargic lately. I speak to her all the time and I suddenly see this sadness emerging. When I asked her what was going on, she said she had no passion for life. She didn’t know what she was passionate about anymore. She felt numb, sad and existing without any real life happening around her.

Suzy was always very much of a support for me when I needed so I really wanted to make a difference for her. She said ‘she had forgotten what she was passionate about. That life wasn’t as fun as it used to be when she was a child.’ This had me thinking. So many people ‘lose’ their sense of passion as they get older, have more responsibilities and forget that element of play. It is not uncommon.

I asked Suzy to take a moment to really engage in what she loved about her life. She took a moment and at first, said I can’t think of anything. As I asked her to really look and as she began to speak about the things she loved about her life, there was this freedom and peace coming from her that I had not heard in a while. The more she spoke, the lighter she got. Soon there was this aliveness that was present. This joy, happiness and fulfillment showed up that has not been in our conversations. The more she spoke, the stronger it got. Soon I found that my friend was fully expressed. It was just by her beginning to be aware about what she loved in her life.

When this happened, it reminded me that part of living a life you love is speaking about what you love or are passion about, sharing about it and being aware of it. There is no “is” passion, like the truth. Passion is created. Passions can change. You are not stuck with the same passion you had as a 5 year old. What do you love about your life now? That is the most important thing that will drive you. That will guide you to discovering what your current passions are. There is no point in trying to ‘re-gain’ old passions. It is about ongoingly discovering what lights you up right now. When you spend a few minutes on discovering your passion you get immersed in that energy of it and suddenly life alters in that moment. As you speak it, it becomes more real for you. The more real it becomes, the more you are likely to move toward it.

So the Tip For The Day is - take time to share, to express and to live your passion. Be passionate about your passion. Speak loud and proud about your passion and have it be contagious! The more people you contaminate with passion, the happier the world will be and the more people will be living a life they love.

Is your Life Transforming?

Another week of life has come and gone. We are in the 6th week of the year and I can almost guarantee that life is exactly the same as it was 6 weeks ago. Are you more transformed today? Are you stagnant in life? Are you making a difference? Are you waiting for things to happen?

We are in the world to make a difference, not to have 'toys' and get things.
If you took on today is an opportunity to transform and move forward, you would grow and learn. Everyday would be an opportunity to LIVE LIFE rather than wait for life to happen.

Human beings have a tendency to wake up and live in the same oh same oh and life is predictable. What if you lived the unpredictable life?

Meaning you could alter and transform life at any time.

Life is predictable by nature. Life doesn't need to be predictable. It can be created. 6 months ago, does not look like it does now. Last week doesn't look like today.

Life isn't about finding yourself, it is about creating yourself. If you create yourself as someone who makes a difference, YOUR LIFE WILL WORK OUT.

It isn't about what I got or didnt get in this life time. It is about living life to the fullest and making a difference. Having fun. Loving life and loving people. Being alive. Growing. Learning.

Every day is an opportunity. It doesn't matter what happened last week, or when you were 5 or yesterday. It matters what is happening and what you are creating now.

Challenge: transform some aspect today. Make some difference today. Live a little life to the fullest today.

A Day in My Life

Sorry for the delay in writing. I have been living life loud and proud this week despite the dreary weather. I spent time with my family, saw the Addams Family on Broadway, wrote some articles that are about to be published in a magazine (Passion Test Daily Dose) coming soon! I have created new and exciting programs, I have created new videos on you tube. I have worked with people going through some serious stuff. I have supported people in reigniting their passion. I have done some inner work on myself. I have done some forgiveness work, creating work, letting go work and manifesting work. I have played and I have rested. Living and playing full out is fun and challenging! That is my life. Never a dull moment. I am learning and growing just like you. I am healing and creating just like you. I am human just like you. It doesn't matter what you are dealing with, you can still love life. Every day is an adventure and If I can do it, you can do it.

Life is about living not resisting. What you resist persist. It is about creating and discovering. It is about playing the game and not worrying about the "Rules". It is a game, you are going to win, bluff and fold. The opportunity is to get back up and make the most of it.

HAVE A BLAST. Go LIVE life. Don't wait till life passes you by.

Loving the Game of Live

I love my life. I am not saying that as a cliché’. I really do love my life. But it wasn’t always that way. Even though since I was a small child I enjoyed the zest of life and was a happy child, I also fell into the trap of life’s humdrum moments that has one begin to question who I am and why I am here.

I have had my heart broken more than I can count, I have dealt with both losing my mom to cancer as well as having multiple occurrences of cancer in my own life. I have gained and lost friends and fell into a state of sadness. I have gone through financial windfalls and troughs and have often asked myself, is this it? Is this all there is? The answer I always got was “Life is what you make of it”.

Being someone who loves to think, I would dwell on that statement. If life is what I make of it, then why am I sad over this? If life is what I make of it, then why don’t I find new friends? If life is what I make of it, then why don’t I just go do a job I like? It became absurd to me to think that life is not ‘set’ and could really be anyway I wanted it to be.

So as “life” happened I began to notice that even though life has handed me some doozies of obstacles to skip, jump or move through, I always still had an innate happiness. Even when dealing with whatever was thrown at me in the moment, it didn’t necessarily seem that way. There is always something to deal with in life whether it is on a physical, mental or emotional level. The universe hands you everything you can handle WHEN you can handle it. Nothing more and nothing less. You don’t have a choice of what it throws at you necessarily but you do have a choice of how you are going to respond. It is all an opportunity to grow and develop yourself as an extraordinary human being. Learn the lesson and move forward!

But the beauty of it is that whatever you may be handed to deal with has nothing to do with loving your life. You can love your life and love life no matter what is happening in your outside world. It is what is happening in your inner world that counts.

Life is an adventure and a gift. Look at it like it is a game of cards. Sometimes you are dealt killer hands and sometimes you are not. You still play to win and have fun in the process. Sometimes you bluff, sometimes you fold, but you get right back in the game the next time around.

It is the love of the game that has you want to play, and it is the love of life that has you want to truly live. One day we will all look back at the things we said, we did, we felt and the obstacles that we overcame. We will embrace the moments where we moved through it and reflect on the lessons in the process. In the meantime, the gift of life has been bestowed upon you. Live it loudly and proudly. He who has the most fun-filled, joyful and passionate life wins…Game on!

Passion Begins Now

To live life is to love life and to love life is to live life. That could seem paradoxical no? If you are truly living life, then loving life will come naturally. If you truly love life, you will be living of passion, purpose and joy. Many people think that living a life of passion happens some day, maybe, when all my ducks line up in a row. It will happen when I am retired or when I have enough money to actually do what I want.

Living a life of passion is a choice and can happen now, and can happen now and can happen now. In other words, living a life of passion is a moment-by-moment choice and there is no better time than the present. When you are living a life of passion, you begin to love life more and more. They go hand in hand. The more you live of passion, the more you love life and the more you love life, passion will ooze through you.

Look at where you can express and experience passion right now. Every day make a conscious effort to have passion be an integral part of life. First, get clarity on what you are passionate about. Second, spend some time doing the things that will bring you closer and closer to your purpose being fulfilled and the life of your dreams. Third, get support. It is very easy to step back into the day-to-day life. When you have people supporting you it not only gets easy, but it gets F-U-N!

If there is an area of life whether it is health, career, relationships or what have you that you are not experiencing joy, take a look at it and see if how you are living that area is bringing you closer to your passion or not. If it is, great…. You are on your path and may have just hit a bump in the road. No worries, the bumps are there as a reality check to keep you moving forward on your path. If when you look at this area and you see that it is not bringing you one step closer to living your dreams, stop get clear and do the things that WILL bring you closer to you living the life you wish have.

There is no tomorrow, your life of passion begins now.

Go Ye Forth

I don't know about you but I am done with the snow and cold. But because the snow and cold are there it doesn't have to get you down. I am living and enjoying life despite the weather circumstances.

Circumstances are that. Circumstances. They do not govern you or what is possible. We all have things to deal with. I am dealing with some personal things and I am sure you are as we are human, it doesn't mean life has to get you down. This too shall pass.

It is a choice to suffer over our circumstances or to embrace them. I have a blessed life.

Circumstances are not a limit unless you allow them. I seek things as an opportunity. Opportunity to grow, to learn, to laugh.

So despite the "circumstances" that are around me, you, the world, Life is great. Because you have the opportunity to say so. :)

Go forth and live life to the fullest.

How to Deal Powerfully with Obstacles

Life happens. In fact life is always happening all around us, each day and every moment in time. The adventure of life is either going your way or it isn’t. There is no in-between.

How do you find your purpose and live your purpose when life is handing you obstacles to jump through, crawl under, go around and climb over metaphorically speaking? Our purpose was given to us as a gift to fulfill and like any worthwhile endeavor, there will be obstacles to overcome in the process.

Obstacles are the universes way of keeping you aware and on track. When some obstacle is thrown at you, it isn’t usually expected. It isn’t like we can look in our schedule and say tomorrow at 4 pm I have an obstacle coming my way. Or even, sorry, can’t meet you for dinner Friday, it looks as if I will be given an obstacle to deal with. If only it were that simple. Obstacles appear while you are moving forward on your journey, and in living your purpose. It is in a way a reality check to keep you moving in the right direction. The obstacle can be related to health, finances, career, home, relationships etc. It is when you have that experience that a rug has been pulled out from underneath you and you have that moment of flying through the air, not knowing what to do before you land on the ground.

We are handed things to deal with at the EXACT moment to deal with them. Not a moment before. When that moment of truth happens, you have a choice to react or to not react. Human instinct is to react initially and how long you choose to stay in the reacted state is up to you. When you are in that moment, it is important to take a deep breath. Breathing will help you put things in perspective, get back on the court and the pathway to success. Then you have the clarity to move forward.

When you have something bigger than you are, there will be challenges. This is good news. It shows that you are living, breathing and alive and have the capacity to overcome the bumps in the road that life hands you. Remember the universe only gives you what you can handle, when you can handle it. When your vision of who you are, why you are here and what your unique contribution is clear, life can throw you the biggest curve balls and you learn to bat. The lessons that you learn in this process are priceless. When you let the obstacles stop you, there is suffering, drama and worry.

You do have the capacity to live on purpose and fulfill your calling no matter what you are dealing with. There will be obstacles that come along in the journey, but only you are the one who can move through them. You have the choice to let them stop you or just be a mirror for you to gain a deeper access to who you are. Your purpose, your unique blessing is a gift for you to fulfill. The obstacles you encounter can be an opportunity to move forward or to crumble. Focus on your vision, focus on who you are and the gift you are to humanity. You will see that you are the gift and nothing can put out your light.

Choose Happy

I had an interesting conversation today. Someone asked me how I could stay positive all the time, despite all I have been through. I had to think about that for a moment. All I have been through....... It sounded like I had been to and from war. I have been through Cancer, Some financial challenges, life changes...... but I am not a victim of it.

I really began to ponder what this person meant. She said it was so hard for her to stay positive when her family is not, her work is not and her life doesn't seem as if it is going the way she wants. She wanted to know when I am dealing with "LIFE" how do I not let it get me down.

Well, I have a choice. My life is not governed by my circumstances. (and when it is, it is a moment of default, not conscious awareness). I explained to her that life is what you make of it. There is no "TRUE" life or how life is supposed to be or even how people are supposed to be. It is all our interpretation. Life just IS. Then there is the story, meaning and interpretation we add too it. I choose to be positive because I choose to be positive. I do get down, don't get me wrong but then I have a choice to stay there or not.

She was dumbfounded and said you make it sound so easy. I said, It is. The more you are conscious, the more you have choice. Life isn't happening to you. You are creating it moment-by-moment, day-by-day. Don't pretend you don't have bad days, but when you notice you are, do something about it. If you can't resolve it for yourself, then call someone who can support you. My friends are a great support, my well-being team, my coaches. I don't call people who won't support me when I need it. In other words, I don't call people I know will let me grovel. I call people who will listen, and get me back on the horse in a few minutes.

Life doesn't have to be a challenge. We don't have a say in our circumstances, we do have a say in who we are being about them.

I told my friend, positivity is contageous. The more positive you are, the more the people around you will become that. It is a choice. Everyday I set my intentions, create my day, meditate, say my affirmations and live the life I choose to. You can too.

When you let go of the circumstances, you have nothing but choice. You always have a choice. Even when people are not being the way you think they should, again it is how you think they should be. They are just being.

It gave her new insight and something to practice. And it is a practice. My circumstances are not ideal, as anyone's but it doesn't get me down. I am not happy by nature, I am happy by choice......

What a life we lead.....

Well I am back from another fantastic trip to the Bahamas. Life is so good. It really is what you make of it. I have the most blessed people in my life.

What an extraordinary week we had. A great way to start the new year. We became clear that there is the life you live and the life you want to live. The life you want to live is given by creation. The life you live is given by default and there is NO Circumstance that governs either one. Circumstances are that, circumstances but it does not reflect on who you are or what is possible. We can not determine our circumstances but we can determine and govern who we are in the face of them.

The weather was not always perfect in the Bahamas but we had a riot of a time. We laughed till we cried, we sang till we laughed, we swam till we turned to prunes. But it was all in the moment. What we will remember is the most fabulous time we had, not the weather. It was fantastic.

Living in the moment. Laughing. Singing. There is alot of magic in it.

if you have already started slipping back in to the old patterns of the past, then take a moment, realign yourself and take a deep breath. Laugh. Sing. All you have is now.

This is your year. Don't stand for less than extraordinary.

Day 2 of New 2011. WHOO HOO! Life is amazing. I have a truly blessed life. I have great friends, colleagues and community. It can only get better from here!

You have to be rigorous and not let the old patterns slip back into play and repeat 2010. It is a new beginning, a new time to create. The more you bring awareness the more you will be able to create the life you love.

In fact, I am teaching a workshop this week in Bimini on creating a life you love. Having a little dolphin help is not bad either. It really is possible to have everything...... You have to create it.

Living a created life and a life you love is your birthright. You just forgot :)

Throughout the year, I will be giving tips, tools and trainings on what it takes to live a life you love, that is created full of purpose and passion.

But in the meantime, keep focused on what you are creating for 2011. Everyday have it be what you are focusing on.

Another decade has come and gone. People have come and gone from our lives. Money has come and gone. Material objects have come and gone. It is a new year. It is a new decade and anything is possible.

Today is 1 of 4 power days. Use it wisely. 01/01/11 is a very significant day in this year. It is important to only focus on what you are creating!

You want to leave the past behind you. It is very important to do that. But sometimes there are things to do that will impact your future and having a clear space to create. When you are clear you have more room to create.

Always be 100% responsible for everything that happens in your life. Remember. No one can do anything to you. You have a choice at how you respond and react. When you are 100% responsible, then you do the things you need to do to live a life you love.

Here are some steps to have 2011 create a new energy of health, abundance, prosperity and joy.

1. Pay debts. If you owe someone money whether it is $5 or $10,000. Pay it back as soon as possible. Take actions weekly or monthly to make a dent in your debt. Money is energy. If you owe money and are resisting paying it back, to the degree which you are not paying it back, limits that which is coming in for you. It can be scary, money can be tight. You may have tons of expenses. When you actively put this in motion, more money will come to you.

2. Forgive. Each day before you go to bed, forgive people and yourself. Start each day as a clean slate to create. When your slate is not bogged down with things that you are worried about, or holding on to, you have the freedom to truly create from nothing.

3. Create. Create daily what you want. Spend time each day focusing on what you want. Remember if you have things you are holding on to, you need to let them go. Creating on top of something produces nothing.

4. Live from Love. Have everything you do or say come from love. Love is a high vibration. Not everyone will like you. Most will have opinions about you. That is ok. Come from dealing their opinions from a loving approach.

5. Let go of judgments and opinions of yourself and others. There are just that. Judgments and opinions and have NO relevance. They are yours and running them limit you. Everyone is human and while we may not like someone, it is still our opinion about them that we do not like.

The more you become aware of these little things the more you can take charge in having 2011 be the best year ever!

Only 16 shopping days till Christmas! Where did time go this year. It has flown by. It seems like yesterday I was in the Bahamas with the Dolphins...

Well with the end of the year, comes with completion. Take time to really truly complete your year. To look at all the things you accomplished, didn't accomplish, challenges you overcame, impacted, where you grew, where you didn't; and really have it be complete for yourself. All the people there is not love and affinity and forgive them. All the situations that caused you anxiety and let them go. All the things you wish you did and do them.

Ask yourself these questions:

who/what do you need to forgive?
What do you need to let go of?
What can you be responsible for?
What anger, frustration or opinion can you give up?
What can you celebrate?

Leave this decade with no regrets..... It is the best gift you can give yourself.

2011 is waiting with full spirit, life and joy. Go into it with nothing holding you back. :)

Ways to KEEP your vibrations High During the Holidays.

So today on the Empower Hour Radio Show we talked about keeping your vibration high during the holidays. It is important to keep your vibration high year round but more importantly during the holidays.

There are certain things that trigger up for the holidays more than any other time of year.

1) Family- sometimes our families "Drive us crazy" during the holidays. Give up expectations, past based thoughts and bring love, compassion, forgiveness and understanding. See your family in light and love, Bring forth forgiveness. Have compassion for what THEY are going through. Remember, you may drive them crazy too. Be the light for your family and be the example of love.

2) Work-Sometimes work can be stressful during the holidays, trying to get done 'end of the year' quotas, budgets etc. For some it is losing a job or the fear of losing a job. This is always a trigger. have a commitment to being stress free and honor that. Leave your work at work. Bring balance to your home and career. Take Deep breaths several times a day. That releases stress build up.

3) Money- definitely money seems to be a conversation of stress for the holidays, not having enough, spending to much, waiting for Holiday Bonuses that don't come. Do not let that get you down. When you worry about money, it lowers your vibration and brings you to poverty conscious rather than a wealth conscious. Be conscious and aware and grateful for the money you have and know that you can always create more

4) Relationships- people often get depressed during the holidays, especially when they are alone. Spend time with people. Be social during the holidays and make sure you have a place to be. It doesn't matter that you are in a 'romantic relationship'. Know that other people love you and embrace that love. The romance will come when you love yourself.

5) Memories- sometimes holidays bring up memories from the past. People that are no longer in our lives, situations we were once involved with and are no longer. This can bring sadness sometimes. Focus on the good memories, celebrate yourself. Create NEW Memories.

Ways to keep the vibration high, DMV- Daily Affirmations, Meditation, Visualization. Other tools use, diffuse, lavender, sea salt baths, deep breathing, bringing awareness to the situation.

Use this holiday to expand, to bring awareness and to love. Know that you are light and it is time to shine the light where ever you go!

I am amazed at how the joy of living expands your capacity to grow and learn. When you are living joyful, there are so many amazing opportunities that come your way. Everything goes clink and falls into place and life happens effortlessly.

The more joy you live the more joy you get.

Attending Via Webcast an all weekend seminar with John Assaraf, Marci Shirmoff, Janet and Chris Atwood and Max Simon among others. Elevating conscious is a fun thing but you have to let go of the past.Your fears are not real. Your doubts are not real. Your thoughts are only what you make of them.

Each of these powerful speakers and authors brought forth the reminder and importance of living a life you love. Their own unique expression helped solidify the messages I have been given and sharing.

Anything that happened yesterday has no relevance in who or what you are today. Having that said, what could you create.

Tis the Season

We are in December, the "Official Holiday Season". The time to bring hope, joy, love and gratitude as well as forgiveness, compassion and understanding.

What would it be like to complete all your resentments in 2010? All your frustrations? Forgive those who you need to forgive (Including yourself)? And really start 2011 off on a good foot?

This is the year of peace. Peace begins with you. If you are holding on to something, resentments, regrets, peace can not exist in that moment. Let it all go. No one can make you happy nor can make you upset. It is all within. People may say or do things, but you have the choice to react or not.

Is it really worth it to carry that? To make others wrong or blame them for something silly?

Happiness is a choice. So is anger.

Take the remaining of December to really let go and choose Peace.

It does take something but in the end it is worth it.

The gift of the holiday season is YOU returning yourself to YOU.

The Key Elements of Gratitude

Well it has been a while since I have written. Caught up in the holiday joy. All is well. I hope each of you have had a great holiday and continue to enjoy the holiday season. It truly is the time of joy, gratitude and abundance.

I channeled this piece the other day and wanted to share it with you.

Gratitude, Abundance and Manifestation are all connected.

Let’s start with gratitude. Being grateful for what you have is a key point. Gratitude is not only being grateful for your physical and material things but also grateful for your challenges and obstacles as well as blessings. When you are truly living in a state of gratitude then anything is possible. The more grateful you are, the more you can come from a place of love.

Key elements of living a life of gratitude are forgiveness, of others and particularly yourself. When you are being right, holding on to something blaming or angry at someone or yourself, there is no love present in that moment. When love is not present, we are not in a state of gratitude and there for halt the manifesting of our desires.

We exist moment by moment and there for create moment by moment. Expressing your gratitude for a moment is only that. It is an ongoing creation. So is forgiveness, compassion and understanding. It is all created by the moment, When you ongoingly express gratitude the universe gives you more to be grateful for. If you are having difficulty being grateful for a person or situation, then look at where you could bring compassion, forgiveness, understanding, grace or love. When love is not present, give something up and then be grateful for the lesson learned.

Everything that is handed to us is a lesson of gratitude. If you can be grateful for the things in your life you love, then you can be grateful for the things in your life you don’t love. It is all a choice. I didn’t ask for cancer, but I am grateful at the lessons I learned out of it. If you can express your gratitude daily, you will have more peace of mind. Many use Thanksgiving as an opportunity to express gratitude, but what if you expressed it everyday. Your life will be filled with love.

Sometimes people do or say things that make us angry and we hold on to that anger. The faster you can come from forgiveness, compassion and gratitude, the faster you will have peace within.

When you are full of gratitude, there is a lightness about you. Gratitude is from love.Returning to love is key. If you are always coming from love then the universe will expand your awareness.

Abundance is all around us. The more grateful you are, the more abundance you can bring in. Abundance is energy, You either live in a world of abundance or a world of lack. You can not live in the in between. Again it is moment by moment. This moment you may be in a state of abundance and in a moment tomorrow you may live in a state of lack. It is always a choice. The more you focus on abundance, the more abundance grows. The more you focus on lack, the more lack grows. Abundance is love, joy and gratitude based and lack is fear based. When you are in a state of lack, the energy of abundance can not flow freely.

Abundance is not something that is limited to only a few people. It is available to everyone any one at any time.

In fact, if you look in your day to day life, abundance exists everywhere, even in the subconscious. There is also an abundance of friends, love, creativity. Abundance does not necessarily equate monetary wealth but it could.

When in gratitude, you have an abundance of joy, of courage, of grace, of harmony, or balance, You have an abundance of happiness, bliss and love. When you live there, you can then begin the beautiful power of manifesting the things you desire. Even the material things come to fruition from a state of gratitude.

Some people think that by wishing for something, it will manifest. While that is partly true to some extent, there are other factors at play.

So you are living a life of gratitude, you bring in an abundance of joy, love and peace, now what.

Well the higher and closer you are to living a life of joy the easier and faster that you will be able to manifest. Joy comes from gratitude.

So you could say, the more grateful you are the more you can manifest. Tweak your gratitude and all the things you are grateful for and see your life take off. Let go of resistance, anger and fear and see your heart open.
Manifesting is simple. It is a powerful intention that comes forth. It may not happen instantaneously but what ever you give your thoughts to will grow. The more you forgive, the more you create the more you come from love, the more you will manifest

Hope this gives you something to think about. Gratitude is the key to living a life of joy, abundance, manifestation and miracles.

Life is a Joy

Life is a gift. It truly is. I feel very blessed to have the life, the family, the friends and the work I do. No matter what you are dealing with, it is a gift. I have been handed so many gifts and obstacles in the last few weeks. But remembering to return to love has kept me in an amazing space. All there is-- is love..

Count your blessings not your distractions. Count what you are grateful for not what annoys you. Count your moments rather than your fears.

I am so clear that life is meant to be L-I-V-E-D. Be Alive. I am finding myself laughing at situations rather than reacting, I am finding myself excited to get out of bed and the work day, I am finding myself not worried. It is a totally different space. There is a peace and freedom inside this new change.

Even being recently diagnosed with a staff infection (I AM DOING GREAT), There is a huge sense of peace. Some pain, but peace. (No worries, I really am healing nicely) and will be able to go home for Thanksgiving to be with my family.

I am so grateful for the life, people and friends I have. Living moment by moment. Life is so filled with beauty if you take time to notice it. Life is filled with abundance if you take time to notice it. Life is a joy.

Wanted to share that with you today. You can live a life of joy! There is nothing nothing worth being angry, upset about. Life is meant to be joyful. It is a choice.

Embrace yourself, be grateful for who you are, what you have and the difference you make. Start noticing life's little blessings.

Expressing Gratitude

As we are approaching Thanksgiving, the message of gratitude is becoming stronger and stronger. I think I have posted some on this subject already but it is getting increasingly strong.

Be grateful for who you are, the people in your life, the lessons you are learning, the gifts you are given. Take time to love the people in your life, to honor them, to forgive, to create, to share, to bring joy, to heal, to laugh.

Remember, we are all one. Be grateful for the people around you, they are in your life for a reason.

I invite you to look at what you are grateful for. You are alive on the planet at this time. You have contributed so much. You are loved. Focus on the things that you are grateful for rather than the things that you are afraid of.

The sunsets. Beautiful friends and family. The way music makes me feel. My cat. There is so much to be grateful for. Have this be the year and the time where you can express your thanks, your gratitude and your love. Cease wars in your families, with your job and with friends. Bring love and light.

The message of gratitude is one to be honored year round. We tend to look at it mostly around thanks giving. What if you did your gratitude list each night before you went to bed. You would wake up in a different space. What if you forgave each night before you went to bed, your heart would be full. There are so many things to be grateful for.

Raising the Vibration

Today we move up the scale to Throat Chakra and add it to the Heart until March/April. So we will be encompassing both energies for a few months. This is a good thing but it makes it more and more critical to follow your heart and it makes it more painful when you don't

Don't waste your time around negative situations or people. Surround yourself with beauty and love. Don't dwell on negative thoughts or situations. Bring light to where you are. It is truly up to you. Now more than ever is time to come from 100% love. Don't hold anything in, don't hold judgments, resentments or anger toward yourself or others. Keep returning to love. In love, all things grow....

We are all born love, then something happens.Now is the time to return yourself to love.

For now, focus on being love and light, no matter what life throws at you. As we move into this energy, there will be shifts. It's all good.

We are in the dawning or a new era.....

Life's Curveballs

Sometimes life hands you things unexpectedly.Sometimes even from left field. Then you are expected to deal with it. How you deal with it is up to you. One way is to react, another is to not react. We don't have a say at what life hands us, but we do have a say at how we handle it.

The faster you let go, the faster you have peace. The sooner you forgive the sooner you have joy. The less you react the less stressed you are. It really is up to you. A lesson I learned a few years ago in dealing with the recurrence of Cancer is that there is nothing nothing nothing worth getting upset over. Ultimately, when you are upset, there is an absence of love, whether it is of self or another. I remember when this woman Karen told me this, I was dumbfounded. If there is nothing worth getting upset over, why am I upset. Although I am human, and we all get upset, there is nothing worth the cost of joy.

Living reaction free is not always easy but it is beneficial. When you can really master that, life can throw some loopholes and you can come to a place of peace very quickly. Every day is a new day as every moment is a new moment and you get to choose.

No one can make you happy nor can they upset you. You react how you react. Happiness is from within. No external circumstance can create happiness.. Ie all the riches in the world. Nor can anyone or anything take that away. It is all a game.

So when life throws you a curve ball, shout YIPPEE, it is another opportunity to grow, to learn and to be.

Laugh Out Loud

laughter is the best remedy and the best medicine. When life gets you down, laugh. Watch a funny movie, sing, anything that gets laughter running through you.

The more you laugh and the more you have fun....the greater life is. Don't be so significant. Life is meant to be joyful. Seek the Joy. Seek the joy!

When all else gets you down, laugh, be happy and be alive.

That is what life is about.

Forgiveness

sometimes when things show up in life, it is a sign from the universe to be handled. It seems as if the universe is wanting me to work on forgiveness some.

I had someone in my life who a few years ago took money from me. I have not thought about it in a while but it has shown up recently in my space. I tried to resist it, think about other things and pretend it wasn't there.

It was tonight in a conversation with my friend Denise that what I needed to do was forgive. UGH. AGAIN. I had already done that a while ago. But it showed up again for what ever reason for me to deal with. So I thought about it. I could confront him. I could let it go. I could forgive.

I lit some candles, diffused some oil and just did some deep breathing imagining everything being released to the universe to get transmutated.

I feel like I let alot go. There may still be some residual but it is definitely lighter. When you can get yourself to a place of forgiveness, there is a peace within.

It isn't for the other person, I didn't talk to him, I just breathed and asked the universe to heal my wounds.

Forgiveness is the key to love, joy and peace.

If there is anything you are holding on to, forgive them for you, not them.

The Magical world we live in.

We live in a truly magical world. Our own thoughts, fears and doubts are what is in the way of moving forward. That is it. Nothing else.

It is time of change and there is a lot happening on the planet. I am excited about it, nervous about it.

But there is a catapulting leap forward in evolution that is awakening a new humanity.

We are manifesting faster than ever, we are creating more outrageous things, we are tuned in and more connected and we are living and creating a live we love.

What could go wrong?

Our own self sabotage. We sabotage ourselves so that we don't succeed. We sabotage with thoughts, feelings and doubts.

When something is going great, we have to do something to create chaos. law of nature.

But in reality, we live in a magical world, where dreams are realities, and passion is a priority.

All there is to know our greatness, create and let the universe give.

Money is Energy

Money is energy. Energy creates money. We only have what we create. We only create what our mind allows us. The limitations we have are set by us and are only broken down when they are distinguished.

If you knew you could create the money you want and there were no limitations except what you place on yourself, what would you do.

We think of money as a lack or survival mode. But if you got the level money is energy and based on your thoughts, you would be amazed at what you could create.

Money is limitless.. Money is attraction.... Money is abundance...... Money is only a conversation and depending on the conversation you have, depends on how much money you have.

The good news is you have the power to alter it! You are not stuck with your money conversation. The more energy you put into creating a good vibration, the more money you have. Money is Energy. The better the energy. The better the cash flow.

New Ideas are a dime a dozen. We rarely think new thoughts. Most of our thoughts have been handed down from generation to generation. Even the books we read are old theories said again, not necessarily in a new way even.

It is very rare to have an innovative thinker today. Someone who thinks for themselves, outside the box.

What would it take for YOU to be that thinker? It would take being present, being creative, thinking new ideas and putting them into action.

There is no difference than you and the most brilliant person; except they fought to think.

We rely on internet, and other forms of communication rather than doing the thinking as a whole. Not everyone so if does not fit for you, it does not fit.

I invite you to be the next innovator of ideas in your life. You are the creator of your life afterall!

Living in the Moment..

So picture this, I am going to Rite- Aid on Sunday (Halloween) and there are boxes everywhere. I go back Monday and no more Halloween stuff, you guessed it...Christmas stuff....

11/1 and the Christmas decorations are over flowing.... My streets are already decorated, people already have wreaths up. Unbelievable.

Then tonight I see a commercial for Michael Jackson's Cirque du Solei for April 2012, yes you read that right, 2012, and tickets go on sale TOMORROW!

What every happened to being in the moment?

It used to be the day after Thanksgiving, which marks the first day of Christmas Season, decorations would fly up. Now it is 7 1/2 weeks away. I guess it is a reminder to shoppers to shop early.

And as for the tickets to Cirque Du Solei... I would like to see it but getting it for April 2011 is far away enough but 2012????

So for me, I am content living in the moment. Life is short, make each moment last....

Creation is the Joy of Life

It is louder and louder and clearer and clearer that it is time to live a created life. A life that you have never imagined. A life full of joy, bliss, happiness and freedom. I life that is worry and stress free.

You can't wait for your circumstances to align to do this. You must be proactive in causing and creating your life now.

When your intentions are aligned, it is easy and you will be amazed and the velocity of which things happen.

Lemons and Life

When life hands you lemons...... Make margaritas! So life has handed alot of lemons lately. I went from loving all people, to hating the world, to eating chocolate, to wanting to hibernate, to loving life, to launching The Empower Hour Radio Show to creating a new platform. All in about 3 days.

When you get down, know that it is temporary. Sometimes we need to get down to get things in perspective. The challenge is just to not stay there. Keep focusing on the outcome not the challenge. It is all a lesson.

Sometimes life hands you things to deal with, in that moment. You always have a choice to suffer, breakthrough, take it full force or not, embrace it or transform it.

There's alot to say about being empowered as your main focus.

So life is rocking...... The bumps in the road were wakeup calls essentially to make you aware. Life doesn't happen in our minds, it happens in reality.

The more empowered you are, the more you will flourish in your endeavors. It alone raises your vibration. Higher vibration, higher the rewards.

So drink your margarita, eat your chocolate and get back up on the horse.

Trick or Treat

Halloween. It is my favorite time. You can be someone, anyone, and never have to worry about what people think. You can eat as much chocolate as you want and no one blinks an eye.

You get to be creative and fun and imaginative. You get to be as scary or as silly as you want.

It is the day before and the streets of NYC are filled with ghosts and goblins, cheerleaders and such. It is hard to tell on some if they are in costume or if it is their normal attire. It is NYC after all.

The thing I found most scary, was a bag of Reese's miniatures was almost $7!!!! Any other time of the year it is $3.49. Monday, It will be a dollar.

$7 for a bag of candy where I will have 2-5 Trick or treaters maybe. Well it does give me an excuse to eat chocolate. Lord knows I don't need $7 worth. (I had a few tonight) So I will be a generous giver of chocolate I suppose. Must get my $7 worth!

Anyways, Use Halloween to be who you want. No judgments, no expectations, Just footloose and fancy free. If you want to continue being who you want on Monday and the days after, that is super cool too.

Let your Love Flow

Live from Love. If there is anyone, or thing that there is not love or affinity for, let it go.

We all do things, say things that leave people upset, unnerved etc. But when you hold on to that, it only hurts YOU not them. When you hold onto less than perfection for another human being, you are only lowering your vibration. We are all perfect and we are all flawed. Everything else is our opinion.

Someone once told me something that I value to this day. "If LOVE is not present in that moment, give something up!"

You could give up being right, being justified, making someone wrong, blaming someone for who they are and are not. It is unlimited.

When you live from love, YOU have peace.

Do it for you.

Let your love flow.....like a mountain stream just let your love flow, with the smallest of dreams and let your love show and you'll know what I mean, it's the season. Let your love fly like a bird on a wing, and let your love bind you to all living things, and let your love shine and you'll know what I mean.....

Those Magic Changes

I love change. It is exciting, new and fun. (SOMETIMES!) Sometimes it creates chaos, disturbance and upset.

We are all going through changes right now. Some are more evident than others. It is nothing to be afraid of. Often we get settled in our ways and new opportunities occur as frightening or exciting. Depending on your perspective.

Life creates change. Without change you would be bored and you would be dead. (Stagnant)

Over the next few years we will create a lot of change, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, energetically and so on.

It is an exciting time to be alive.

We are very blessed right now to witness this evolutionary change.

Every day you are one day close to being enlightened. Every day you are one day happier. Every day you are closer to fulfilling your dreams.

That is pretty exciting don't you think.

So don't dread change. Embrace it.

On a different note, as Gandhi said "You must be the change you wish to see in the world"

True Friends

A true friend is someone you can count on time in and time out. Someone who genuinely cares about you. Who you would do anything for.

Many of us have friends but most of us have very few true friends in our life. Someone who will always boost your spirit. Someone who makes you laugh in the darkest of times. Someone who knows how great you are, even when you forget.

Friends come and go but true friends are with you through thick and thin.

Whatever it takes, do not let go of these people. They enrich your life and you theirs.
Life is short. True friends are a gift.

Notice the true friends you have and let them know how much you appreciate them.

When you're happy and you know it clap your hands!

Yes. Happiness. It is the key. When you are happy, you are more productive, you sleep better, you laugh more.

When you are happy you are creating. The universe aligns and you get the unique opportunity to grow, expand, live and learn, from a place of peace.

The great thing is, we cause our own happiness. Nothing or no one or any circumstance (not even kitties and lavender cupcakes) can make us happy.

We are the creators of our own happiness.
Always.

The more you look to outside sources to make you happy, the more miserable you will be. You have a choice to be happy or not DESPITE your circumstances.

I will let you in on a secret........ The happier you are, the more money will come to you. Energy responding to energy.....

Having said that.....don't worry, be happy!

Shake it up..

Tonight, I went to the Apollo Theatre for the first time in my 15 years in NYC. It was such a fun evening. I saw so much talent. It makes you feel good to see that many people having a good time. 2 young singers 14 and 15 were phenomenal. All the acts were good. There were even dancers from Japan who were amazing.

One of my students was performing and has been asking me to go. I have resisted it. It is uptown, I am tired. etc. So I went and I am glad I did. I not only supported her but it got me out of my woven web of being a hermit.

I could easily never leave my house. It is comfortable. The energy is good and everything delivers. why leave?

But sometimes you have to do something different to shake up the energy. So I went. I am so happy I did.

I feel invigorated. Inspired. Proud of my student. I feel alive. It is funny how a few hours of what you would not normally do makes a difference.

Not only did I enjoy it, but she won and will advance to the finals next week and up for a 10,000 price. I am very excited for her and proud. (Including the clip) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zPmeVfKBX8

But the thing I want to address most is how when you confine yourself to your quarters, how limiting it is. Life happens in the moment. Life happens when you throw adventure in, when you connect with others, when you support others. Not when you are immersed in your thoughts and feelings.

Get out, shake things up. Do something different than you would normally do. You will see how fast you come alive.

Taking care of You

Self Love. Take time to love your self. Take time to nurture yourself. Take time to relax. Take time to get a massage, a sea slat bath or go for a walk. Take time to listen to your body.

We all need self love but we don't often honor our selves.

Today, I took myself to the New Life Expo. I took a few hours for me to enhance my awareness and consciousness. It is important to do. To take some time for your growth.

We all need to heal and we will all be "healing" until we die. But I am getting the message over and over that self love and self nurturing are so important. We must take that time for ourselves to breathe.

Do something nice and unexpected for yourself today. You will be glad you did. In fact, do something nice and unexpected for yourself EVERYDAY. Your Life will alter.

For now....... I am going to watch a movie...... Snuggle with kitty......have some tea and chocolate.......then read a book..... (Already had my sea salt bath)..... Life is good.....

Stress is optional

When you love what you do, you do more of what you love. This makes life more fulfilling, and less stressful.

Too many people are suffering in jobs or relationships that they hate but don't do anything about it and then wonder why life is turning out the way it is. Suffering=stress.

When you are STUCK in a situation where you are not free, you can mot move forward. The number one priority in life is to have a great life. It is up to you to do that. No one of nothing can make you happy. Only you have the power to do so. Alter your current thoughts, alter your current situation, alter your life. Thoughts=action=results.

However, on the other side of that, the more you do what you love, the happier you will be. It sounds simple. And it is. You have the power to alter your life at anytime.

You have the gift of free will.
When you are not doing what you love, then you are creating unneccessary stress in yor life. You are the only one who can alter that. No one can come to your rescue.

Take a deep breath. Tune in and listen to your heart.

Focus on what you love. Focus on the things that make you happy.

Take the actions necessary to alter your situations.

Living stress free life is optional........and wonderful.

I watched the Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons tonight.

If you have not seen it, it is a must see. It is very heart felt and inspiring.

It really puts life into perspective of what is important. No matter what life hands you, you can deal with it powerfully.

Life throws strange things our way. Strange situations. Things that make you wonder why or how come. But in the end, there is always a divine reason to everything. Even the things that seem to be unfair.

Life is a gift and the unique gift you are to the world is a blessing, You bring so much to the earth and your contribution is huge.

Embrace yourself. With all your greatness, all your flaws, perfections and imperfections. The world is better because you are here.

Life doesn't happen in minutes, it happens in moments.

Say No to No.

I had an epiphany today. There are certain words that create certain vibrations. Try gives you a back door. Need creates survival. But what about the word NO.

No is a word that is ingrained in our minds from the time we are small. it is a word that we avoid, that we resist and that we fear. No is a simple word but creates a powerful vibration.

What if when eliminating words like try, need, etc we also eliminate no. Not to be a yes man so to speak. But eliminating no's creates a new power.

We say no hundreds of times a day. Most of the time we say no, it is useless.

Eliminating NO from your vocabulary. Novel Idea.

Instead of saying no thank you. you could say I'm fine thanks. Instead of saying no I can't, say I am unable to.

It takes some practice and strategic thinking, but once implemented. You will see the difference in your vibration. Eliminating No will help your positive attitude.

Peace, Joy and Love

Well, I am back from 2 weeks of travel to San Diego and Sedona. There were 2 major earth shifts that happened and not only do I feel like I have been gone 2 years, I feel like I have been in another dimension.

Both trips were amazing, healing and transformational.

Sedona! Breathtaking. Being there for 10/10/10 was something to behold. I felt the energy move through me in ways I have never imagined before. I connected to the earth energies very deeply.

The thing I walked away with, is bringing peace. Peace can only happen if we cause it. There is no certain peace. It has to be a conscious effort of all of us. The Hopi were on to something when they stood for peace. They are a very peaceful and mystical tribe.

Peace is a gift that we give our self. Including inner peace. We have all we need to have peace within. We forget. The more conscious and aware you become the more capacity you have to hold peace.

There are alot of changes happening and this is a good thing. We are not the same human beings. We are elevating to a new level of consciousness and ascension.

Now is the time to be aware of who you are and the choices you make.

You always have a choice. Choose peace. it will ignite the flame around the world.

So I was getting my nails done today and overheard the most interesting and annoying conversation. It went something like this.

Girl A "Should I call him and wish him happy birthday. He didn't call me and wish me happy birthday"
Girl B "Why didn't he wish you happy birthday"
Girl A "I told him 3 days before my birthday i hated him, so he didn't call me. But I kinda want to wish him happy birthday but it has been 3 weeks since we talked."
Girl B " I wouldn't call him"
Girl A "you wouldn't? Why not?"
Girl B "Because He didn't call you."
Girl A "Yea. I guess but I should Still call him. I mean, it would be a nice gesture."
Girl B "But he hasn't called you in three weeks. I would forget him."
Girl A "Do You think he will invite me to his party,"
Girl B " Why would he invite you?"
Girl A " Because we were friends. But if he doesn't invite me, he is lame. I can't believe he didn't call me for the last 3 weeks. Maybe I should wish him happy birthday, then maybe he will talk to me."

And this went on and on and on like this.

Talk about Days of our Lives.....Geez..

I was so intrigued by the level of unawareness. These were girls/women late 20's and early 30's (predictably) Not 13 year olds.

It makes you think.....what really matters on the planet. It is one of those things that make you go hmmm....

Is there really life on this planet.....Wake up! Life is not a soap opera. How about a drama free life instead? Focus on what makes a difference not the small stuff. Get over all the drama, life is too short.

Life Hands You What You Need....

Life is funny. It is never what you expect in the moment but it is always what needs to happen. The universe always gives you the right people to have the right conversations. The right situations so you learn and the right lessons to learn.

It never gives you anything you can't handle nor does it give you less than you ask for at any time.

It always sees the bright side of life and always sees something else being possible.

Yet we can not always see that which is right in front of us.

Count your blessings, You have many things to be grateful for.

Life is always handing you the next thing and the next breakthrough. It doesn't always look how it is expected. But when you open it, there is a huge surprise.

When you create, it creates with you. When you are in scarcity, it gives you more.

Hmmm So what is it again that we are having an issue with???? Know that it will be handled and taken care of.....

Embrace the Shift

Many of you have noticed and are directly experiencing the Shift that is happening right now. Again it is to let go. To release anything that is or has created hurt feelings, anger, resentment of regret. It is to create a pure heart. It is to create a state of grace and a state of peace. We are light beings about to be moved to another reality, another realm. This is exciting but can be confronting, frightening for many. It is a feeling of being uncertain for many.

This is a time of restoration. Healing. We must release to move to the next level. Think of it is de-cluttering so to speak. To de-clutter our minds, our hearts, even physical space. Clear Heart, Clear Mind.

As we move into this new vibration, there is something amazing to behold. With patience and trust, it will all be unveiled when the time is right. Time to let go of fear and bring as much peace as possible. Focus on the light.

call on all angels, dolphins, whales and higher beings to assist you at this time. It is a great shift and time of reward.

Ride it out, embrace it, dive fully into it. Know that it is all good...

The universe Listens

When you think it is time to give up, the universe plays an interesting card. Here I am Trying to meet men, joined 5 dating sites to no avail. Here I am, Ready to give up and this nice man emails me on Eharmony. We exchanged a few emails and he seems nice enough. We are going to meet and go out. Most of the profiles I hit delete. There was no connection but with him there was.

I am excited and nervous and all that comes with a first date. Plus sine I havent dated in a while. But I have 133 "possible" dates in my eharmony mail box. 1 is bound to be a nice guy. If not him than something better will come along. I am just going with the flow. No, Is he the ONE, What if....... Just letting it be. That is huge for me.

So this is a reminder to not give up. The universe works in strange ways. When you keep putting it out there. Then it will come to you when you shift your thoughts. I created a manifestation, desire statement and he showed up. Who knows what will happen but I am getting myself out there. It will lead to something or it wont. There will be other dates if this doesn't work out.

So allow the universe to give. It is what it does best.

Lights Camera Action

You can create all you want. But if you are not taking action, it is all just a good insight or idea.

When you create and create and the energy is out in the universe manifesting your heart's desires, if you don't take action to have it happen, it won't.

Action is the key to producing results. When you take action, it tells the universe that you are serious...

Whether the action is making a call, doing research, applying.... taking action will bring in what you want.

Creation + Action = Manifestation

You have the power to live your life how you want to live it. How you see it. Your life is made up of a myriad of thoughts that you have. some are good, some are not so good.

But they are only thoughts, not the truth. You have thoughts but you are not your thoughts. They are just another particle that comes in to interrupt your day. You have the choice to empower them or not.

Even when you get down, you have the power to change your thoughts any where, any time. You are not your thoughts, you have 98000 thoughts a day.

What you give credence to will manifest. What you focus your attention on grows.

When you notice that life is not going your way, then change your thoughts. When you alter your thoughts, you alter your reality.

Think of the wonderful things, every happy little thing.......

Focus on the thoughts that make you happy. The happier you are, the more your vibration will be raised. Then the more you will be manifesting on the planet.

Then life gets good....real good.

What the World Needs now

What the world needs now, is love sweet love. There is no time better than the present on sending love to the planet. The energy is shifting as you know and it is moving fast. Even if you are not 'tuned in" you can see or feel what is happening. It is all around us and this is just the beginning.

We are in a shift right now that has us moving through new directions. This shift is about letting go of grudges, hurt feeling's, anger, resentment, regret etc. It is all old. Take a deep breath on send love. To yourself, to your family, your friends, coworkers etc.

Send light to the planet.

When you are sending love and light to the planet, you are also receiving it as well. The more you give, the more you receive and the more receive, the more you will give.

Bringing love and light to the planet right now will ease the transition, and empower you in the process.

What kind of world do you want to live in?

Life is amazing when you put your mind to something. Intention pays off. I have been asking for a sign and for the universe to hand me something big. It is time to move forward. I am clear about it.

I found about this workshop that is taking place that really trains you to lead top class workshops. It is by the producers of Deepak Chopra and Marianne WIlliams workshops. It is expensive. $3000. More than my budget can handle right now.

But something told me to keep reading. So I kept reading the flier and they were scholarships available. The applications were due Sunday and the scholarships were to be drawn Monday.

I filled it out, thinking it was a long shot. Anyways, they called me Thursday saying i had won. They wanted to give me a scholarship now even though the rest were being announced Monday.

I am so excited. I am off to San Deigo next week. It is a total gift from the universe.

I asked for something bigger and lo and behold..... here it is.

Keep asking..... The universe will deliver!

Creativity is the key.

It is time to focus on your creativity. The creativity on the planet is wanting to rise. Whether it is painting, writing, drawing, singing or what have you, spend a few minutes a day to embrace your creative side.

Today, I wrote a few podcasts for my new audio site I am about to launch. It felt so good to write again after not really writing for a while. I also sang some today. Albeit to Zoe, but it was singing none-the-less. Most of the time she likes my singing.

When you are being creative, it elevates your vibration. This is a good thing. Imagine if everyone on the planet did something creative every day..... how great would it be.

Well, let's start with you. What can you do every day to enhance and elevate your creativity.

Take the time to be creative, every day. You will see that you are happier, vital and alive.

Let it Go

We are in the next phase of the earth shift. It is a time to let go of the past. Let go of old relationships, old behaviors, that no longer serve you. Let go of resentments, regrets and anything you have been holding on to. Don't keep old things around, old emotions. Take time to love yourself. Really truly love yourself. Allow yourself to be loved. This is a new era. A new beginning.

Time to love and appreciate yourself for who you are. Nothing that you are holding on to is worth any pain, suffering, resentment or regret.

Wake Up Call For Peace

This weekend marked a history for America. 9 years ago we were attacked on Sept 11. There is still so much anger and hatred and hurt around the event. Hate crimes being committed, riots etc.

As someone who worked at Tower 1 WTC, (my whole company over slept...... ) and whose father was in a plane in the air at the time of the attacks (he was brought down in Dallas and is fine), it is a time not only to remember those we lost, but also to stand for peace. This is a day that will impact people for the rest of our lives. But it doesn't have to be a day where we focus on the loss of freedom but rather the day we take our freedom back.

Rather than the opinions, and the accusations, what if it reminded us of honor of who we are.

It was a wake up call for humanity. A reminder for us to choose peace. With this world shift that is happening, we are being elevated and shifting toward a world of peace. A world that has not existed in our lifetime and in the existence of humanbeings in the last 2000 years. We have no idea what it will look like and that is ok.

If you stand for Peace begins with you, then all the puzzle pieces around you will fall into place. Bring peace where you go. Shine light everywhere. Acknowledge those around you who bring peace.

I can't tell you how many police and fireman I acknowledged on Sat (9/11) as I walked around ground zero bringing light and peace. They were totally touched by who they are.

While this tragedy at some level had to happen, and it will always hold a sacred place for our country, use it as an opportunity for you to be an example of peace.

Many of us lost friends, family and co-workers and yes above all, they should be honored and remembered, but it is also a wake up for peace.

Preace begins with YOU. Don't wait for someone else to bring peace, be the example of peace in the world.

Angels Messages Come in Many Ways

Signs from the angels come in many ways. I, like many, have been asking the angels for help. Not that there is anything wrong but my energy hasn't been the greatest, and life happens. We are in a retrograde that is really kicking our butts right now on the planet.

So I have been asking for healing, for help, so I can fulfill my mission and my purpose, which is to empower people to fulfill on the life of their dreams.

So last night I had a dream. I dreamed that my friend Lorraine was visiting me and I was sharing all that was going on in my life. Then Zoe came in and started meowing. Her meow's began to morph into english words.

I asked her a series of questions, all to which she answered graciously and eloquently. I asked her if she was from Atlantis, she responded yes. I asked her if she was here to heal the planet, she responded no. Then I asked what she was here for, she responded, to heal me. I asked if she was meant to be my guardian in this life time and right now, and she said yes. It was very REAL dream. One of those dreams that seem real. When she said that she was meant to heal me she put her paw on my forehead. I woke up and her paw was on my forehead.

It lifted my spirits. She has been snuggling with me all day. Kissing me, loving on me.WHo knows why we are going through what we are going through. But angels come in all shapes and sizes.

Never underestimate the power of the angels. They always want us to have what we want, everytime. I asked for healing and guidance and I got it.

Suffering is Optional

Suffering. It is something that most of the human race deals with at some time in their life. Suffering is optional. There is nothing that makes us suffer except our thoughts. Yep, we CHOOSE to suffer. I know for some of you this may be hard to hear.

Try on, that suffering is optional. It only exists if you allow it. There is no suffering in reality. It is created in language by the stories we tell ourselves.

It is something that is created. Suffering is not hereditary, it is when we tell ourselves something when things don't go the way we think they should.

We all have suffered over something. Sometimes relationships, health, finances. The more you suffer the less the universe can give you want you want.

Think of it as going to a diner. You want apple pie but the diner is out. Apple pie is not an option. So you choose something else. Suffering is not an option so choose something else.

Ways to eliminate suffering:

Don't dwell in what is not working or how you think things "should" be. It will only cause duress.

Don't justify or defend. It takes you off the hook.

Be responsible, that is to say not blame, guilt or shame. But being Cause in the matter of your life.

Choose something else to focus on, like what matters to you or making a difference. When your focus is off yourself, your suffering will disappear.

Know that there is NOTHING worth suffering over. I am a 3 time cancer survivor and I am not suffering.

Focus on the positive. Allow only positive thoughts to enter your space.

What if you took on for one day at a time.....Living a Suffer Free Life.See what happens. Things are always going to happen, but you do not have to suffer over it.

Ok, things have settled down again. WHEW. Life got crazy there for a bit.

I had a friend in town and we had a blast. We saw Rock of Ages (on Broadway) GREAT SHOW! We did the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island. We went to Central Park. Atlantic City (I won $60!) It was great to get out and Play. I know she had a good time and I did too.

Life happens. Time is moving so fast. Can you believe it is September? This year has flown by and it will continue to do so.

As we approach the 2012 phenomenon, time will speed up faster than we know. It is very important to live each day fully. Do the things that inspire or empower you. Follow your dreams. Time is short. Live regret free.

What if.. fear was only created by your thoughts. What if.... going to the Statue of Liberty WAS a big deal.

What if.... Each day you woke up excited?

Don't wait to have it happen. Time is moving fast now. Embrace the people in your life.

Life is only what you create. You can create anything.

So I haven't been writing lately. I am bad and wrong. There is so much I want to share and so much that is happening.

We are entering another shift. A BIG One. Beginning 9/8. It is another uprooting shift that will have us seem somewhat discombobulated but it is only to prepare us for an awakening.

We are all starting to awaken again. For some of us it is exciting, for others it is a time of uncertainty. This is all leading to a new future, a new beginning of the awakening of human beings. We are evolving so fast and so much is happening that it all seems like a blur. We wont notice the shift until after it is over but suddenly you will see you have taken leaps and bounds in your life and what you are creating. Suddenly things will happen so fast. Suddenly things will make sense.

The time is not to give up but to press forward. There are many shifts coming our way as well as vortexes that are opening.

It is all to empower us as light beings. We are not here to suffer but to move forward to bring light.

There is alot to process so I am not writing as much. I will write as much as I can right now.

This is all good..... It is preparing us for something bigger.

When was the last time you brightened some one's day for no reason? When was the last time you made some one's day special? When did you last acknowledge someone and made them feel known?

What would the world be like if people were consciously out to improve the day of people they met?

It would look like a lot of smiling people. Alot of happiness. People enjoying life.

The littlest thing, a smile or a gesture, can make even the crummiest day seem bright. When you smile, the whole word smiles with you.

If you took a moment to thank someone, for the little things they did, the things that seemed unnoticed, the effort that was made. YOUR life would alter.

See when you focus your attention on someone else, your problems disappear. From the person who sells your coffee to the person who lives next door. When you authentically smile or hold open a door, you are making a difference and you have no idea the impact.

It only takes a minute and has a huge impact.

Their day is made better because of YOU! You do matter. You are important.

You dreams give you life. If you are not focusing on your dreams, what are you doing?

If you spend an hour a day writing a book, in 1 year you will have a book. If you take actions everyday to fulfill your dreams, you are one step closer to having your dreams fulfilled.

Life is short. Don't wait for "Someday" to come. Your dreams are meant to be fulfilled.

Success doesn't bring happiness, happiness brings success!

I know I have been talking alot about dreams lately but I feel that it is important right now. Amidst of all the challenges and chaos that is happening, your dreams and goals are one thing no one can take away.

What if there were no limits on what is possible? What if there were no barriers to your self expression? What if all there was is laughter, play, fun, adventure?

What if you could have your life be exactly how you want it? What if you could live a stress free life? What if you could never worry about your finance?

What if I told you that all that and more was possible when you live your heart? What if I told you that you have all it takes and everything you need to live 100% the life you love?

Would you believe me? Probably not. But if you knew you could live the live of your dreams and really no kidding, live a stress free life,would you do it? Would you take the actions to have it happen? Would you develop the courage to do it? Would you be unreasonable and have it happen?

Dreams can come true. You CAN live your dream life if you follow your heart. You can have the life you always created. The only reason you aren't is because YOU SAY SO.

Whether you think you can or not, you are right.

It is up to you.

Following your heart is so important. Life is created day by day, in the moment, right now. There is no tomorrow there is only what you are doing right now. Following your heart is always key.

Manifesting Magic

Manifesting. A subject we all want to master and know more about. Some people seem to manifest easily and for others it is more of a challenge. But everyone can manifest, no matter what their color, race, gender or cultural status. It takes clear intention, and believing it is possible.

Manifesting is one of those things where the more you practice, the more you have and the easier it gets. Manifesting is simple, in reality. It takes the same amount of energy to manifest $1 dollar as it does to manifest $1000 or $1 million. We get stuck with our limits. That is our limit and that is what we can manifest. When you expand your limits, then you go out of your comfort zone and then you can manifest more than you can ever imagine. It isn't just holding the intention, it is also taking action. Without Action, there are no results.

When you get that you can manifest ANYTHING, then you can start having fun. I know people who manifest, houses, cars etc. There is nothing you can't manifest.

It isn't the material thing, it is the energy used and the belief that it can be. It is easy to manifest a dollar. No sweat but 1 million seems more challenging except it takes the same intention and focus.

Getting clear about what you want to manifest is key. It is the intention behind it that matters.

Knowing that you can create and manifest anything..... What are you going to manifest? Go forth and have fun..... Why not, What have you got to lose.....

Being Responsible For Your Life

Every thought creates a reality. Every intention manifests. Every time. Your reality is what you create, not what happens to you. By putting your intention on positive you only create positive things. By focusing on what is not working, you are only bringing more energy to that.

This is important to get because as you are interacting with others, you will be battling their conscious or subconscious realities as well as your own.

This is a reminder that there is not truth, just the truth, as YOU perceive it. You are always creating your reality either consciously or subconsciously.

Everything that is, has or will happen is a function of the thoughts and intentions you have put out there. Consciously or subconsciously. You are 100% responsible for everything that is happening in you life, whether you like it or not.

This is a hard concept for us to grasp but no one can do, has done anything to us. We make our own decisions and that is our truth. Whether accurate or not.

Environment is our mirror

Everything that is in front of situation, every person, place, thing, or is a teacher for us in our growth and development. What is happening in front of us is a reminder that we are developing and are being given a lesson.

Often people you meet will be a mirror for what you are dealing with in your life. Having compassion for yourself will give you compassion for them and vice versa.

You are always looking in a mirror and sometimes things are a great reflection and sometimes they are not such a great reflection. Sometimes situations that happen are a reflection of our growth and where we need to put our attention.

Focusing internally about any situation is a good tool for healing and self-reflection. Remember, the universe does not give us anything we cannot handle and anything we are not to develop.

Seeing where we could be responsible will give us the power in our lives.

Whether you like it or not, you are responsible for your life. No one can do anything to you. This is good news. When you are growing it is easy to become responsible. The thing to remember, you already are and already have been.

Knowing this...... is there anything you can't create?

Why are we still inquiring into it? It is human nature to want a life of purpose.

In other words, it doesn't matter if you are a teacher, a writer, a lawyer, you are here for a reason. We get so stuck in the who, what, where, when and whys that we forget that life is a journey. One that we fulfill every day.

Your purpose begins with you and your passion. The rest, gets created as you go along.

Happiness. What can I say about happiness that you don't already know.
It is the key to manifesting the life you want. When you are happy the universe conspires in your favor. And so on and so forth.

But it is not something that most people fully experience. We let things get us down. Stress, worry, fear, doubt etc.

Happiness is actually a choice. When you are happy, all is right in YOUR world. There is no outside circumstance that can make you happy or unhappy. (distinct from pleasure). Happiness is something that is created! Yes things happen in life and yes you will be sad, or angry or what have you. BUT after the impact wears of you then have a choice to stay there and dwell or choose happiness.

It is simple.

The more happy you are, the more your vibration will rise and then the more you will manifest etc. Nothing or no one can make you happy. You are it.

Choose happy or not happy. Up to you!

Mine is a healing retreat center in Hawaii, With gardens, and ocean view and the mountains and fresh breeze. It is a space of solitude for all people. I have a clear vision of what it is and it is so exciting. I even looked at property tonight in Hawaii.

This is a dream of mine. Your dreams aren't going anywhere, but you are and time is passing you by.

I am transitioning time here. I keep forgetting to write. I saw "Eat, Pray, Love". It is a great movie and a great reminder to keep true to our self. Our life is short in reality. 70- 80 or so years isn't that long.

Heal your heart. Forgive yourself and others. Meditate. Trust. Love your self.

It is a good reminder that you hold he answers within. Allow yourself to be loved, by you, by people around you, by all people.

Be Yourself. Don't try to be anyone else but who you are. You are unique and that is why we love you.

If you are not being yourself, who are you being then? You can only be yourself.

Life is about creating yourself.

Live the life you want true to yourself.

Discover who you are, again. Somewhere along the way, you forgot....

There is so much happening on the planet right now. The vortex, the earth shift, that it is easy to get resigned and down.

Focus on what you want. Focus on gratitude and what you are thankful for. Focus on the things that make you happy. Sunsets, Chocolate, your family, music. Whatever it is.

The more you are grateful the more the universe will provide.

The universe only and always gives you what you need. Embrace it.

The Vortex of Light

Life Happens. So while Sunday was the day of abundance, it was also a day where a vortex opened up and is opened until 8/18.

This vortex brings the power of change. It is a window of opportunity where you can commit to something and have it accelerate. It will launch you into a new reality at super fast speed. If you choose, you will have things happen at such a velocity, it could be uncomfortable.

However, since we always have choice, you don't have to commit to anything. You will continue to go at your own speed.

The vortex is not for the meek. It is thrusting yourself and your life into this warp speed energy not knowing what will happen. But Trusting that it is all good.

Look at the things you want to create and focus on them the next 7 days. Things will happen. Do not dwell on the negative. Keep letting it go.

Abundance is all around us. Today is the Highest Vibration of the year to manifest abundance. 8-8-8-8-8-8....... Crazy 8's. Multiple 8's bring abundance and manifestation. The more 8's the better the abundance.

Abundance is energy. Like everything else, it flows in the direction that it is called. Because one person has abundance doesn't mean you can't. In fact, it means you can!

If it can be created for one person, then it can be created for all people. We all have the same access to abundance but often we don't know how to tap into it or use it.

It is very simple. Being clear about what you want is the first step. Letting go of the when, where, and how's. The angels and universe don't work in that time frame. It is a joke to them.

But the more that you focus on having the abundance in your life, the higher your vibration will be and the faster things will come.

We negate the fact that we have abundance around us all the time. It could be in the form of dirty dishes, laundry, cat hair.... you name it. We also have abundance of love, friends, joy.

It is no different to manifest a monetary form of abundance. If you can manifest a dollar, you can manifest a million. It is the same energy.

Take some time today to clear your energy and allow the showers of abundance to unfold.

Hint: If you are worried, fearful or have doubt. You are not manifesting abundance. You are manifesting worry, fear and doubt.

Focusing on all the abundance the universe has to offer will bring more than you can imagine.

Watching Your Thoughts.....

A reminder from the universe....

This came in loud and clear today as a reminder for me but also for you as we are connected.

Watch your 'little' thoughts. The ones that leave you little, disempowered, fearful, hopeless etc. Those thoughts are NOT YOU!. You have thoughts, but you are not your thoughts just like you have feelings but you are not your feelings. The 'little' thoughts come from a 'little' voice that we often mistake as us but it isn't.

We are created beings living a created life. (Even if we are not conscious to that we are living a created life, everything that we have in our life, we at some point created.)

This is good news.

Being clear that your thoughts are not you, gives you the capacity to change them. When you change your thoughts, you change your life.

There is no "TRUTH". Only what you give power to is the truth. It is not true that you can't have the life you want. It is up to you to create it and then live it.

Watch your thoughts as they are manifesting. 11, 111, or 1111 is a gentle reminder from the angels to watch your thoughts as they are manifesting. If you are thinking of negative thoughts, you will be reminded to alter them to create positive thoughts. If you are thinking positive thoughts at the time you see multiple 1's then it is a reminder to keep focusing on what you want. Either way it is a gentle reminder.

Watch your thoughts and watch your life alter. Keep having the same thoughts and keep having the same life.

Back from Dolphin Time

Hello......... I am back........

It has been a long but very exciting 3 weeks. Bahamas, Bahamas, Bahamas. Then off to LA and now back in the big apple.

Bahamas was amazing and the dolphins were unbelieveable. They played, they laughed, they healed.

Two weeks with wild dolphins is miraculous. I feel not only like I have been gone for 5 years, but to another dimension. Being with them is soooo healing. They heal you to the core level. They work to heal your heart. They bring up the things that are not working. They connect you to your higher self.

You learn things and do things that you were not aware of. The dolphins are so magical and are such a higher level of energy and vibration.

Alot of changes are happening around us. The dolphins and whales are working over time to heal the ocean and to awaken us. It is our time to shine our light. There is so much love and light coming toward us.

Don't resist it. Allow the love to fill you up.

There will be more writing as I process the integration. I still am zapped and am in dolphin time. They did tell me that I needed to be in Hawaii and working with dolphins. I knew that but they made it clearer.

It was such a joy to laugh like I laughed on that trip. Laughter is a sign of the dolphins and is the best medicine you can have. It eases all your tension, releases fears and lets go of stress.

As the messages from the dolphins come in, I will continue to share. In the mean time here are some pictures. Look at the one with the 'heart' over my head. This is not photoshopped, we could not have planned this any better.

Raindrops keep falling on my Head

What a beautiful rain that happened today in NY. It felt so cleansing and purifying for this shift. Like a big sea salt bath......

I feel it washed away some of the energy that was remaining.

What we still have to deal with is that we are in the 1st phase until July 28th. There will still be releasing going on but the good news is that there IS light at the end of the tunnel. It is coming up quick.

The rain over the next few days is like a great cleansing period. A great time to allow anything else you are holding on to be sent to the universe to be transmutated to light. It is like allowing your shower to clear your crown chakra (TIP FOR THE DAY, ALLOW YOUR SHOWER TO CLEAR YOUR CROWN CHAKRA). The energy flows through you.

It is refreshing.

Take it day by day. Breath by breath. Moment by moment. There is nothing you have to hold on to.

7 sleeps to Dolphin Time. I am so excited. I know being with the Dolphins will be an impact for us all. I can see so many things lifting up and releasing not only for those of us going on the trip, but for the oceans, it's inhabitants and the planet itself.

There is a big shift within the shift.

It is exciting but still scary as well.

The uncertainty, the unknown, but that is where the power lies. In the unknown.

If we all could step into the unknown, there would be so much light on the planet.

The shift is exciting. It is thrilling to know the conscious of humanity is shifting as we helped. (Sounds like a shake-and-bake commercial )

Send light, send love, send peace, send joy, and bliss.

Let go of, Life a life free of:
Fear (being fearless)
Drama (Being Drama free)
Stress (Being Stress Free)

Anger (Being Anger free)

Living a life from, and a life full of:
Compassion
Peace
Laughter
Joy
Bliss
Harmony

Focusing on one set will give you one life and focusing on the other will give you another life.

Every time you have a worry some or fearful thought, choose one of the other aspects and life from there. Notice the instantaneous alteration of your life.

We are all in this together. The more we become aware, the more we become conscious then we will naturally shift.

Until then it is all about the practice, practice, practice.

Integrity. It is so important right now to keep a pristine integrity. The more your integrity is in, the more powerful you will be in life. Your word is your bond. If you say you are going to do something, do it. Don't make others work hard to track you down. Don't you have alot on your plate.....They do too and by your not having your word as your bond, it creates more work for the people around you.

There is always an impact. Just like there is an impact when others say they are going to do something and don't.

Now is a good time to honor yourself and honor what you say. If you for see a breakdown, in other words, there is something that prevents you from doing what you said, have the respect to let them know.

It just shows respect for all humans. 'Do unto others as you would have them do unto you'

It is a challenge for all of us. But the more we practice, the greater at it we become.

You will have power in having your word be your bond. All you have is the air you breathe, the water you drink, and the word you give.

Give a good word, others are counting on it :)

Peace for humanity

Tonight was a powerful call about the upcoming earth shift. The call was about mostly being positive and surrounding yourself with positive energy during the next few weeks.

This time, on your planet, dear child, is a critical and yet powerful time. It is critical to have your mind set on following your heart. Your heart must be open and You are the only one who can say in what your heart wants. You must surrender to peace at this time. The little things that you have been worried about, are not worth giving time and energy. It is the year of the heart. Your heart will lead the way.

You must trust us and the universe. We will always provide you with the tools and resources you need. The future is in your hands. Your future is in your hands. You must be clear about what you want to create, take the time to create it. We will help you.

Focus on bringing light to the planet at this time. Filling your heart on an ongoing bases with love. Forgiveness is a must at this time as is compassion and understanding. The human race is about to shift. The powerful ones are the ones that embrace the love of the universe and love of source. The people who can tap into this beautiful energy, will have an incredible journey. It is easy to be tempted by our 3rd dimensional world. But knowing that this is the beginning of a new era is what is will make a difference. Yes things may be tough, Yes things may be frustrating, but know that we are bringing in an energy of peace, of light. It will be noticeable. It will make a differnce. It will bring light to the planet.

The most important thing you can do is be positive. Be around positive people. Do not put yourself in situations where you are disempowered. This will dim the light.

It is an intense period right now, we are aware. There is a lot happening on your planet, the earthquakes, the fires, even the oil spill are discouraging but necessary. The planet has to release this energy so that it can build a new. Humans have to release their energy so they can build anew.

You must trust that we are working with you, not against you. It is a “Fresh Start” Think of it is a planting the seeds. You must get the best soil, rid of the weeds and nurture it until it grows.

At this time you must allow for things that upset you to brush off and wash off like water on a ducks back. You must no longer hold on to things from your past. Your past is your past. There is only now and the future.

This shift will be miraculous, will be amazing and will be joyful. Once it is implemented it is the foundation for world peace. But as in laying any foundation, you must remove the obstacles. Once the obstacles are removed, you will be aware of the pure and divine energy. This will be a planetary shift. There will be peace on your planet.

The Shack

Not often do I find a book that I highly recommend. The book "The Shack" is a great book on having a relationship with God, and puts thing in a new perspective. It is not a religious book, rather a true story of a man and his refound connection to God.

It shows that while things happen in our life time, we are still pure good. We are meant to spread our wings and soar, not crumble and fall.

I started the book today and will have finished it tomorrow.

We are here for a short time and it is time to make the most of it. To live a life that you want to live to trust, to laugh, to surrender to the divine plan of the universe.

The circumstances that happen are not for us to be limited, but for us to move beyond them and gain strength.

I know when I get stressed, I forget that I am loved by God, the universe, source, the creator, what have you.

There is something to be said for creating from nothing, creating what you want, without barriers or limitations.

True Creations. There is something to be said for living a life full of laughter, of fun, joy and peace.

A life of magic and harmony.

Creating as you go, not from your past, not from fear, not from worry or doubt or because you "have to", but because you want to.

It would give you a whole different perspective on life.

It isn't magical thinking, or woo woo, it is the power of the universe in action.

Life is meant to be peaceful, fun and joyful. The more you bring that to your life, the more you are contributing to the life of humanity.

Pull the weeds, water the flowers and watch it grow.

No Endings, Just New Beginnings

Well the universe works in very very strange ways. Inside this giant earth shift that is happening, it is like weeds being up rooted. Even those of us who are positive and sending light are feeling the effects.

Here is my day yesterday: I woke up and had this thought, "there are no endings, only new beginnings" and I didn't know why I was having that particular thought on this particular day. So I tweeted it. I knew it had to be a message for someone and the perfect person would read it.

One hour later, I find out East West, the spiritual bookstore in NY, was closing in 48 hours. I had been doing readings there for several years and have met many new people. It was like a family. While I wasn't surprised, I was at the same time. I went to gather my books and purchase some last minute items while the doors were still open. It was a sense of sadness and yet a sense of completion at the same time. I got, maybe I was one of the people that message was for. I sent the store blessings and saw it re-opening in a bigger and better capacity.

I get home to find out that my health insurance was expiring in 48 hours. (What is with the 48 hours thing). I was in shock. Can the insurance companies actually give you 2 days notice to terminate your file? Being a 3 time cancer survivor, I can not afford any lapse in insurance. While I made some calls yesterday I felt like I had no direction. I didn't know who to call or where to begin. Every agent I talked to said August 1 was the soonest I would be able to have coverage. I found a great plan but my doctor was not covered. Since I had pre-exisiting conditions, everything was expensive. By 7 pm I was exhausted and tired but yet very much at peace. Somehow I knew it would turn out fine.

When I woke up this morning, I said, "I don't know how, but I am creating a miracle today. I will have this handled by 1 pm". And I did. I called my lawyer, found I was covered by law under my former employers policy until 2011 because I had an extended cobra plan. I called them, they called the company, emailed me a form and by 1 pm, I have insurance effective tomorrow when my plan expires. No lapse. And my doctor is covered.

It was truly a miracle AND power of intention.

When you truly put your mind to something, it will happen.

Now, even though I am sending light daily, I am still human. The etheric rug was pulled out yesterday and I fell hard. But I had a choice, get upset and angry and dwell in the sucky day I had and devour and smother myself with cupcakes, or deal with it and move forward. In 24 hours, I had a new insurance plan that my doctor accepted......

The thing with this earth shift is that when the 'weeds' are pulled, it will be uprooting. But it only allows for the new things to grow.

Keep moving forward. Even with the upsetting and unsettling moments. You will have them. To say you wont is a fantasy. BUT you do not have to be stuck with them. Just as you are having them and they are disruptive, you are also manifesting at a higher speed. Choose energy wisely.

Life is short. There are no endings, just new beginnings.

Trusting yourself is a key element right now. You have all the divine intuition within. You have all the tools to build an army. You have all the wisdom to reach the masses.

Everything you have, you have for a reason.

There is nothing you can't handle. The universe only gives you what you can handle. The timing is always perfect looking back in retrospect. But what if you could actually see, right now, the timing is perfect right now.

Whatever is given to us, we have an opportunity to grow and to learn. We have an opportunity every moment to move beyond our obstacles. We have an opportunity to love ourselves, forgive ourselves and have compassion towards ourselves.

Nothing is set in stone. We have the opportunity to create and to live the life of our dreams...... Moment by moment by moment....

Life is easy. It is the stories we tell ourselves that make it hard.

So now it is time to shine your light, trust your self and be a beacon of light for humanity.

Onward and forward.

You've got to Ac-cent-tuate the Positive...

I have been so hot and tired lately, I forget to write. :( Sorry to those of you who read daily.....

There is so much happening on the planet that I feel like a broken record. KEEP POSITIVE right now. It is critical.

There are many energetic breaks happening that could impact the planet between July 6 - July 28. Energetically, astrologically, how every you look at it, we are in for big changes. There are alot of energetic blasts happening, releases on the planet for the earth shift that is happening July 8. It is so important to only focus on the positive right now and especially especially especially during these dates.

Catch yourself, alter your thoughts and move forward. You may get angry, sad or even worried. Notice it, express it, cancel, clear and delete it, and move on.

Don't get sucked into other's drama, worries. Shield yourself. Cut your cords, SEA SALT BATHs (imperative).

This 3 week period is only laying a foundation of energy but it is holding and creating the energetic space on the planet.

By practicing rigorously, and focusing on the positive will not only make a difference for the planet, it will alter your life.

Altering your life to a life of positive....... it is a good thing.

Limits Limit us.

You are only what you say you are. If you say you are successful or powerful or artistic, even that has a limit. Everything is limiting. What if...... There were no limits on you? All the limits were self imposed.

No limits, no boundaries, no worries, no fears. Just a moment by moment creation of life. Then you have something to work with.

Every thing you see, think, touch, is all a function of creation. What if every moment you were creating a life. No limits. There is nothing you can't be do or have.

Think about it......... Life is a giant canvas in which you are the painter......... Got Paint?

Message from the Universe.....

There is a huge earth/ universal shift coming our way. This is a very good thing. It is the implementation and introduction of a new and powerful energy that will alter life as we know it. The shift will takes place over 4 years and 4 months and 4 days. It will get more and more drastic as we get into it. Bringing ultimately peace on the planet. The IGC is channeling to me in overtime. This is from an email earlier as well as some new information that is coming in.

There is alot coming in about purpose and passion. I am being guided to really delve into this (more to come) and empower others in this. The messages are clear that we can not focus on 'small' human things at this time. The things that 'push' our buttons, set us off, trigger us, the things that set our reactor modes to high.

The worries, the fears, the doubts need to be released for us and on the planet. You need to surround yourself with light and light people. There is not time to deal with small and petty issues. There is an important message to eliminate all forms of negativity from your life. People, Places and Situations that do not empower you. It is time to cut cords. Only positive energy must surround you at this time.

This energy shift in July that will impact us all. It is a great shift but it will be incorporating the atlantean energies and the energies of the 6th and 7th dimensions. It will be a subtle shift but later impact us drastically. Between now and then, it is critical you keep yourself empowered, and in a positive state. The next two weeks to be focused on light. Let things go. Breathe. Send and receive light and blessings as much as possible. Keep your self clear. Do not let negativity in your field. It is critical that you surround yourself with light to shield and it is critical that you do not let 'human' things to impact you. Water off a ducks back is what I keep hearing.

Take time to focus and get clear on who you are. Things will be shifting on the planet soon. Take time to send and receive light. Keep sending light to the oceans, the dolphins, the whales as they are carrying the light back out to the waters. Send light to the universe as this shift is among us. Keep igniting the grid of light.

P is for Passion

There is so much information I am being given to really empower people on fulfilling their lives and their passions. It is a critical time in our lives and it is so important to for us to listen. I have posted numerous blogs about this and what I am being given is just a tip of an iceberg.

It is so important to follow your passions, life your life stress and worry free and do the things that are important to you.

Over the next few years, you will see a massive shift on the planet. This is a good thing. It is just beginning the implementation of the new energy in July. We will not immediately see the impact but we will definitely sense it soon. It is a powerful and beautiful energy that will surround us with love, peace and power.

Our passions were given to us to fulfill. It is time now to start, really start, fulfilling it. This is not to scare you but empower you. Your life is yours to live. Letting go of all the old patterns, fears and such is what the universe is telling.

This is such good news. We can actually live the live we wish, drama free, fear free, stress free and worry free. We can live a life of peace, laughter, fun and adventure.

Challenge: Live today, from your passion and dreams being fulfilled. Take an action, make a call, create a plan..... This is a new beginning.

Mermaids and the Sea

It is Mermaid Day in NYC. A sight to behold. Mermaids of all colors, shapes, sizes and even sexes. It was my first Mermaid Day. Next year, I will wear my mermaid costume. (Yes I have a beautiful fuchsia mermaid costume).

What a wonderful day it was to see all the sparkle, glitter and such. The sea and its creatures was honored beautifully.

I sat on the boardwalk next to a woman whose sister has cancer. We talked and found out we have so many similarities. She even put up her umbrella so I could sit under it and get out of the sun. (Given it was my first Mermaid Day, I came unprepared. No hat, umbrella, beach towel-- Only me and my $20 hamburger that I bought on the boardwalk). So I sat and was under the umbrella with her and was grateful as the sun was bright.

She was a guardian angel. Although, she said I was her guardian angel. It is funny how the universe aligns you to meet certain people at certain times.

Nothing is an accident. Everything is aligning in divine order.

You never know who the universe will put in your path and why. The game is to embrace it. I know my conversation with her will make a difference for her sister just as her allowing me to sit under the umbrella made a difference for me.

If you always have the focus on making a difference, then everyone you see is an opportunity to make a difference.

A "Sea" of opportunities await.

The Moment of Choice

Every moment is an opportunity to grow and learn. Some moments are great. Some are not. The great ones we move on. The not so great ones stick us in some ways.

But if you look at it not from being stuck, but from being an opportunity to learn, develop and grow. You will have freedom.

Everything that happens, even the negative things, have a positive outcome and some new possibility that is there that wasn't there before. Out of this only good will come should be a mantra that you use.

Life is always happening. Sometimes exciting things happen and other times not so exciting things happen. But you are never stuck with what happens. Ever. It is a moment by moment phenomenon.

It is all an opportunity. The things that made you upset two days ago, seem so insignificant now.

The game of life........ Oh what a good one it is.
